Big Fish Weighing at Catch Location

Windward is working to increase the size of the bass in the lake.

There is a regulation in place that we must release fish measuring 16 inches or greater.

When you catch one that is 16 inches or greater

keep it in a live well or on a stringer and

 Call John:

(678) 571-2696

We will send a boat to your location, weigh the fish, record the information so it can be counted in your total weight of 5 fish, and then release the fish.  This procedure will help ensure that the big fish caught today will be released alive.

Bring any smaller fish that you want counted in your total weight of 5 fish to the boat ramp weigh-in area by 1:00 PM.
